Wendy has been teaching Vinyasa and Yin yoga for 7 years and is a certified RYT 200. Last year, she traveled to Bali for specialized training in Menopause Yoga™, making her one of only 26 certified teachers in the U.S.
Her mission is to help women navigate menopause and beyond with strength, joy, and a deeper mind-body connection.
Wendy’s own yoga practice has been transformative, and she’s passionate about inspiring others to find joy in their unique journey and harness the power of yoga for a balanced, peaceful life.
Current Classes: Menopause Yoga™
Soon after moving to Chattanooga in 2017, Amanda discovered her passion for Yoga & Barre. Completing her Barre Teacher Training in 2019 & Yoga Teacher Training in 2020, Amanda took the journey to the front of class to share her passion with others. Building on the friendships that yoga created, Greenway Yoga was born.
Current Classes: Move & Meditate
Stephanie is an RYT 200 with over 15 years of practice and 5 years of teaching experience. A Florida native, she has called Chattanooga home for more than 13 years and has lived in St. Elmo since 2019.
When she's not on the mat, Stephanie is an avid golfer. She loves cooking, and spending time with her husband Ben, their dog Yoshi, and their cat Molly. She also has a passion for tarot reading and loves sharing her knowledge with others.
Stephanie's key goal is to help students cultivate awareness of their bodies, breath, and emotions. She encourages mindfulness and being present in the moment, which can foster a deeper connection to the self. When you believe in yourself and meet yourself in the moment, whatever that ever-changing moment may be, anything is possible.
Current Classes: After Work Wind Down
Mary has been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaching for five. First drawn to yoga as a way to manage stress and anxiety, it quickly grew into a practice that brought balance and strength both on and off the mat.
A Yoga Alliance-certified teacher with training in trauma-informed yoga and sound healing she blends breath-connected movement (Vinyasa), gentle yoga, and trauma-informed approaches to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
More than anything, Mary hopes her students leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and confident in building a practice that is uniquely their own.
